Dear Piano Students and Parents,
Our Spring 2014 session begins February 3, 2014, and ends on May 30, 2014
The following is a breakdown of weekdays and tuition for Spring 2014:
45-minute lessons:
15 Mondays - $975.00
17 Tuesdays - $1105.00
17 Wednesdays - $1105.00
17 Thursdays - $1105.00
17 Fridays - $1105.00
1-hour lessons:
15 Mondays - $1125.00
17 Tuesdays - $1275.00
17 Wednesdays - $1275.00
17 Thursdays - $1275.00
17 Fridays - $1275.00
These lesson dates are determined with respect to Federal Holidays of 2014. You are free to choose any weekday for your best semester plan. If you decide to take lessons more than once per week, simply combine any 2 weekdays and their respective tuition. Should you experience any schedule conflicts due to religious holidays, you must notify us and we will offer you a make-up. We allow a maximum of 2 make-ups per Spring 2014 session. These two emergency make-up lessons must be completed during the last week of Spring 2014 session (week of June 2-6) which is the following week after the 17 official weeks of lessons.
Your payment (electronic PayPal or check submit) must be made a week before your lessons begin. For example, if you choose to start lessons on any day during the week of March 10-14, your payment must be submitted to us by March 7th the latest. Students registering after the first official week (February 3-7) will be assigned a pro-rated tuition. Once again, we accept checks and PayPal payments. The tuition refund will be as follows:
Withdrawal before February 3, 2014 - 100% refund
Withdrawal on February 3, 2014 - 75% refund
Withdrawal during February 4-7, 2014 period - 50% refund
Withdrawal during February 10-14, 2014 period - 25% refund
Withdrawal after February 14, 2014 - no refund
There is no refund for pro-rated tuition. If you need to withdraw anytime (having registered after February 3), you might want to consider a separate lesson plan on our website - be sure to find your location (borough) for precise rates.
